With respect to values and what contributes to the development of talented leaders, Pam believes the world needs leaders who have vision, can see the journey to achieving the vision and understand how to inspire and equip others to be part of this journey.
Leaders who have shaped her vision of leadership have often been humble, selfless and innovative whilst also maintaining the ability to manage other people fairly and with consistency.
