What will a typical month on programme look like?
Online and learning workbooks and accessing our library of resources: reading, watching, listening, contributing and interacting.
Monthly sessions with your coaching supervisor: 1-2-1 coaching with an experienced coach matched and tailored to your specific requirements
Group learning and workshops: learning with and interacting with your peers on the course, in your industry, in your business or organisation ( Bespoke programmes for Employers >find out more or Coaching Professional Apprenticeship programmes >find out more)
Practical work based assignments: written, observation, presentation, contribution, coaching supervision and reflective practice.
Individual and group supervision sessions – depending on your programme you will have an opportunity to discuss, challenge and interact with others undertaking their coaching practice hours with their coachees.
Regular feedback from your coach and the Academy assessment team – constructive, personal and essential to successful achievement of your learning objectives
Accessing resources via ILM or CMI online knowledge libraries – thought leadership, industry perspectives, live webinars and future developments.
The programmes are accredited through ILM using their ‘action research’ methodology, which revolves on three elements of learning – ‘knowing’, ‘doing’ and ‘being’.
