Radha is an ILM L7 qualified Executive Coach & Mentor. She also holds a BA, Diplomas in Business Management & Sales & Marketing.
She started her career in commercial roles with two global companies prior to entering the legal profession. Radha has over 25 years working as a legal professional with various councils in London and regional areas. Her wider career has spanned business, marketing and law, giving her a strong understanding of leadership in complex and demanding environments.
She first gained experience in coaching/mentoring staff in private practice over 18 years ago and now works as a Transformational Leadership Coach coaching across various councils and other sectors. Radha combines empathy and support with constructive challenge, helping leaders build confidence, overcome barriers and move forward with greater clarity.
