A Coaching Perspective
Taken together, these insights from leaders who have walked the walk reinforces a simple truth. Leadership capability does not appear by chance. It grows when we create space to learn, practise and reflect.
If you are considering leadership development, think of it not as a qualification alone, but as an investment in how you think, how you decide and how you support others to succeed. The most effective leaders are those who stay curious about their own growth and take intentional steps to develop it.
