Our qualifications and learning programmes are delivered through a blended approach e.g. virtual, in-person or a hybrid of the two, tailored to your and your organisation’s specific needs.

Our individual learning programmes are all delivered virtually. Our group and cohort based programmes are tailored to the organisations requirements and are delivered either in-person or virtually or a hybrid of the two.

Award, Certificate or Diploma? Or Apprenticeship?

Our qualifications come in three different sizes, depending on how in-depth the qualification is and how long it will take you to complete it.

  • Award is the shortest and most concise qualification – typically takes between one and three months.
  • Certificate provides a broad base of knowledge and skills – typically takes between three and six months.
  • Diploma provides a comprehensive and extensive programme of learning – typically taking between six to twelve months.
  • Apprenticeship programmes – these tend to be longer, typically taking 14 months to 24 months.

Leadership & Management

ILM Level 7 Certificate, Diploma and Extended Diploma in Leadership & Management

These are among ILM’s most senior qualifications. They are designed for practising and aspiring senior managers and leaders who wish to develop their professional capability and personal brand.

CMI Level 7 Certificate and Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership

These qualifications are designed for individuals who will have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive business activities in a senior management, director level or leadership role.

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management (CPD route)

The Level 5 CPD programme is designed to increase your understanding and stimulate your own insights into leadership and management as it relates to your own situation, circumstances and preferences, in order to enhance your performance and that of your organisation.

Level 5 Certificate & Diploma in Leadership & Management

For individuals who manage teams, or projects, and are responsible for achieving operational, or departmental, objectives and who are seeking to develop their skills, improve personal and team performance and results.

CMI Level 5 Certificate and Diploma in Management & Leadership

For practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner.

ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Leadership & Management

Designed for aspiring and practising first-line managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for first-line management responsibilities.

CMI Level 3 Award and Certificate in The Principles of Management & Leadership

Developmental training for practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer or shift manager, to achieve clearly defined outcomes.

CMI Level 2 Award and Certificate in Team Leading

For those who want to develop skills such as team leading, communication, monitoring performance, controlling resources, building relationships and providing customer service.

ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma in Executive and Senior Level Coaches & Mentors

Designed for senior managers who want to develop their expertise and for professional coaches and mentors seeking to enhance and accredit their experience.
