A Recognition of Quality
Following a recent inspection, The Academy of Leadership & Management was awarded a Good rating by Ofsted. Inspectors acknowledged the high standards of teaching, mentoring, and learner support across our programmes. This achievement reflects the commitment of our staff and the impact of our learner-centred approach.
The ‘Good’ rating has been achieved across the board including: education, behaviour, personal development, leadership, and apprenticeships. The Ofsted inspectors praised our motivated learners, respectful learning culture, and high-quality work. The report highlighted that many of our apprentices are securing promotions, delivering strategic projects, and gaining valuable professional accreditations.

Our mission is to ensure that every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
