Rob Snell

Rob Snell

Rob joined the corporate world in 2012 following a successful career as a senior officer in the RAF. Since leaving the Services, Rob has worked in consultancy, supporting the nuclear, banking, airline and utilities markets as well as several Public Sector clients including the Foreign Office and MOD. Latterly, Rob was a delivery director in a major government client.

Rob is passionate about developing people and teams, having worked in this space for much of his career. Rob developed an executive coaching and mentoring capability in his last company, growing the team from one professional practitioner to 28 professionally qualified practitioners by the time he left in 2025. Rob continued his own coaching and leadership development through the Academy and has supported them with their coaching, mentoring and leadership offerings over the last 4 years.

Rob’s background in HR, and his extensive involvement in the people aspects of work, has developed his passion for coaching, supervision and workplace mediation as a way of supporting people to succeed at both an individual and team level. Rob understands the positive impact that coaching and mentoring can have on the growth, development and talent retention of organisations, and making them better and more attractive places to be.
