Sunil Naphray, an experienced Executive Coach for the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, has over 33 years of experience in education, leadership development, and public-sector services. His values-driven, inclusive coaching approach is formed by a long career in adult education, leadership, management and coaching, and it is founded on dignity, empowerment, social justice, and reflective practice.
Sunil focusses in assisting senior leaders/executives with organisational transformation, inspection pressure, system complexity, and leadership identity development. He has a particular strength in dealing with neurodiverse leaders using multi-modality approaches, building psychologically safe places that balance challenge and support.
Along with executive coaching, he is an Independent End-Point Assessor for L5-L7 apprenticeships, leadership trainer, and coach supervisor with extensive experience in apprenticeship standards, KSB development, and EPA readiness. He is known for his calm demeanour and ability to translate leadership theory into practical, real-world impact.
