New appointments to ALM Senior Management Team
The Academy of Leadership & Management (ALM) has appointed the highly experienced Pam Weeden and Jon Weeden as directors of the company.
The Academy of Leadership & Management (ALM) is delighted to announce the appointment of Pam Weeden and Jon Weeden as directors of the company. They will join the existing senior management team of John Parker, Janet Parker and Russell Parker.
Pam and Jon, as directors of The Four Cornerstones, have worked with us as highly valued associates for a number of years.
Before setting up The Four Cornerstones, Pam was a Head Teacher in Lancashire and an Associate Adviser for Lancashire Education Authority. She is a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor with experience of coaching senior and strategic leads in a variety of sectors/organisations including education, the Prison Service, NHS Trusts and Church leaders. She is currently providing consultancy support for schools within the Diocese of Carlisle Board of Education, has experience as Board Director for a Multi Academy Trust and is just about to qualify as a SIAMS school inspector.
Jon was also a Head Teacher in Lancashire and has worked with ALM as an assessor, tutor and coach on a number of projects, most notably the Emerging Leaders Apprenticeship run in partnership with SOLACE. Jon is amongst our most accomplished tutors and coaches and brings a strong attention to detail to the team. His track record and student feedback since working with us has been outstanding and there is much to be learned from his approach.
Managing Director, John Parker, said, “We have been very fortunate to work with Pam and Jon over a number of years now. They have shown outstanding professionalism and application. They bring complementary, high level skills to our team and will be an essential addition, given our recent successful application to join the Apprenticeship Register. We look forward to further growing the business together.”.
In their spare time, Pam is a talented spiritual artist and cat lover with an ambition to one day have a gallery in the Lakes. Jon plays guitar, writes his own songs and secretly loves the family’s large collection of rescue cats.
