Thrilled to Share Our Ofsted Achievement

We’re proud to share that The Academy of Leadership & Management has been rated ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted.
The ‘Good’ rating has been achieved across the board including: education, behaviour, personal development, leadership, and apprenticeships. The Ofsted inspectors praised our motivated learners, respectful learning culture, and high-quality work. The report highlighted that many of our apprentices are securing promotions, delivering strategic projects, and gaining valuable professional accreditations.

Times Running out for Apprenticeship Levy Funding
On 27 May, the government announced major changes to the apprenticeship levy, coming into effect on 1 January 2026 for apprenticeship programmes in England, UK.
From the 1 January 2026, Level 7 apprenticeships will only be government-funded for:

Young people aged: 16–21
-
Under 25: for care leavers and those with EHCP
For anyone who has already started on our Senior Leader Level 7 apprenticeships before 1 January 2026, the funding is secure. Now’s a good time to explore your options.
